Happy official first day of SUMMER! It’s definitely felt like summer these past few weeks in Minnesota, but I could do without all the humidity… unless I’m at the lake. 😉 It’s been a while since I’ve done a ‘Wear to Work’ post, so I am especially excited for today’s post. Dressing for work in business casual attire can get a little tricky when the temperatures heat up, so I pulled together one of my favorite summer work looks for inspiration! I found these blush cropped pants for only $30 at Target, and they were a no-brainer to take home with me. The blush hue is so pretty for the summer time, and it isn’t too aggressive for work. They are also slightly cropped, so you can stay a little cooler.
You can never go wrong with Express’ portofino shirts, and I chose this breezy white one to pair with the blush pants. I seriously have about 5 of these shirts in different patterns and colors! They are affordable, great quality and are perfectly polished for work or play. I love that Express comes out with new colors and patterns every season, too!
