I am always pleased with my purchases from LOFT, because their pieces are made of such great quality. Furthermore,Β you can’t beat the prices from this sale! I includedΒ some sleeveless/short sleeve tops can be worn now, and then layeredΒ with a cardigan whenΒ it gets cooler (especially if you work in a cold office).
In order to get the most use out of your officeΒ wardrobe, stick to a neutral color palette. Neutral piecesΒ are the most versatile, and your co-workers won’t notice that youΒ justΒ wore those pants or that cardigan a couple of days ago. You can always play these pieces up with prettyΒ accessories, like a statement necklace or a fun braceletΒ stack!

I’ll definitely be making some purchases for my own office wardrobe, since I will officially be working in an office setting in less than two weeks. Speaking of which… I am very excited to announce that I have accepted a new position at an advertising & design agency and beginning a brand new career! π
For those of you that don’t know me, I have been a teacher over the past few years. As fun and exciting the teacher life is, I have learned that it just wasn’t aΒ settingΒ that I wantΒ to continue to be in the rest of my life. Ever since starting this little blog of mine, IΒ have been seeking a new position where I can use my writing, social media and design skills, because I enjoy everything that has gone into building The Styled Press. It’s so much fun for me, and I truly think that IΒ amΒ meant to be doing this kind of work. So, yay! I am beyond excited to begin this new chapter of my life. π
