My Go-To Fall Outfit

You guys, I haven’t been this excited about a head to toe look in a while… this is definitely one of my favorite outfits I’ve ever shared to date! It’s no surprise that it’s a fall one, since fall fashion is my favorite (I love all the accessories, textures and details in fall fashion!). Sharing what I consider to be my go-to fall outfit in today’s blog post with Nordstrom!

Nordstrom has always been a favorite retailer of mine, since they carry so many of my favorite brands from fashion for the whole family (baby, too!), to beauty, to home and have the most exceptional customer service. I love that if I’m unsure about sizing or the item in general, I can always buy the item in different sizes/colors and count on their everyday free shipping and returns policy.

My go-to fall outfit consists of an oversized sweater, distressed skinny jeans, ankle booties, and a wide brim hat. You just can’t go wrong, and it’s comfortable! I’ve recently been on the look out for a new pair of caramel colored, everyday ankle booties that were comfortable, had a pointed toe and small heel height, and fit the bill; enter, these Sam Edelman Winona Booties! They honestly couldn’t be more perfect. I was so happy when I found them! If you are interested in other colors, there are TEN colors/patterns available! Fit true to size.

I’m a sucker for Madewell anything, because of their high quality and comfortable styles. Their denim is fantastic too! It might just be my favorite brand of denim, honestly! I picked up this striped pocket sweater (currently being price matched for 40% off!!! True to size) and this pair of light wash, distressed denim (go down one size) and couldn’t be happier with them. While I understand their price tags are a little on the higher side, you really cannot beat the quality. Especially their denim… they wash and wear beautifully, and never lose their shape! I always have to go down 1 size in their denim, and recommend you do the same. The sweater is true to size, I am wearing a small!

So I’m pretty darn picky when it comes to wide brim/floppy hats… the brim can’t be too short or too wide, and the height of the head bucket (lol, what is that even called?!) can’t be too short or too tall; it has to be just right! I found this felt hat by Nordstrom and fell in love! It’s perfect. I love the other two color options available as well (a dark green and a charcoal grey)! There is an interior adjustable band, so you can make it fit just right!

The last thing I want to share is this beautiful Rebecca Minkoff Small Megan Leather Crossbody Feed Bag – I picked it up on a whim when I was at the mall the other day, and fell in love! The color is a beautiful nude blush, and one of my favorite details is the hardware, which has a mix of silver and gold. Rebecca Minkoff is one of my all time favorite designer for handbags, and this one did not disappoint! Lots of room for everyday use, and it can also be worn as a crossbody when you adjust the strap (I did not notice this until I watched the video demo here)!! It also comes in other color ways. Super high quality and cute!!
