One year of pure wedded bliss! It’s crazy to think that it’s already been a year since Thomas and I said our I do’s, but when I start to think of everything that we have done in the past year, I believe it!
Our First Year of Marriage…
Honeymooned in Negril, Jamaica! We had the absolute best time and wish to visit it again for our 10 year anniversary. (Planning ahead! π )
While we were there, we also had our first night snorkeling experience! We chickened out the first night we tried to do it, but were beating ourselves up about being such wussies… and did it the following night. Haha! It was such a cool experience, and we were so happy (and proud) we did it.
Our first Halloween as a married couple! We love Halloween. We decided to go as a cop and robber! It was a super easy DIY couples costume – I linked my clothes/shoes/lipstick/hat below, but the bag is just a canvas bag that I wrote on with a black sharpie, and the mask was under $6 at a Halloween store.Β

Our first Thanksgiving together. This was also the night that we went on our first (pre) Black Friday adventureΒ and got our DSLR camera on crazy sale. We made the decision earlier in November to get my blog startedΒ (since it is very much a team effort when you are a fashion blogger and need a photographer!),Β and the camera was the last thing we needed before getting my first post up. π
A successful first photoshoot. He was so patient and such a trooper!
Lots of shopping trips… that I mostly initiated. π
First Christmas!
NYE. Also when we realized we are getting old; we immediately wanted to head home after the clock struck midnight instead of staying up until bar close… those days are long gone! #oldfarts

Dragged TΒ to his first couples photoshoot for the blog. π He was so uncomfortable doing this in public! lol!
Celebrating our offer getting accepted onΒ our first house!
Delicious donuts on lazy Sundays at our favorite donut spot. (Yo Yo Donuts for my local readers!)
So many weddings with the best wedding date there ever was.
Target runs. π
The day we signed and began moving into our new home!!
And many days spent on the lake with family.
