It’s a great time of year to refresh your workwear wardrobe and transition it to the fall and winter seasons ahead. I work from home now as a full time blogger, but, prior to that, I was an account manager at an advertising and design agency (and a teacher before that!), and my favorite place to shop for workwear was always LOFT. I love their mix of affordable, classic and trendy pieces that are appropriate for work, along with their comfy basics that I often share with you all! They also put on the best sales! Want a nice quality and neutral blazer (that isn’t black) for this year? Look no further – this grey herringbone blazer is IT! It has the most adorable elbow patches, too. Love the fit and how comfortable it is, and it’s sure to go with many of the work wear items already hanging in your closet (I’m looking at you, button up shirts, long sleeve shirts and camis!) Runs large, size down. I’m wearing a 2!
The leopard shell I’m wearing underneath is a personal favorite from this post. I love how pretty it is, and easy to dress up for work or down for casual wear (think denim & a jacket)! True to size, but if between sizes, I’d size down. I am typically either an XS or S in LOFT, and would’ve preferred the fit of the XS over the S that I got. And now, the perfect work pant! These skinny sateen pants will be a classic in your workwear wardrobe. Comfortable, go with nearly all of your workwear tops, and great quality! Size down, I have a size 2!
