Off the shoulder tops are a must-have this season, and I love this black pom-pom one I found at H&M for under $10! Such an incredible steal! I honestly think they made a mistake pricing it… but I am totally okay with it! They have a few other color/pattern options available. I love the little pom-pom details on the hem and the sleeves, and you can never go wrong with black.  A black top gives you many options for outfits, but I paired mine with some distressed denim and statement earrings (a great dupe for the $98 Design Darling ones) and wedges for a pop of color. The earrings are not currently online, but you can check your local Francesca’s! I just got them about a week ago. 🙂 This pair is similar though!
