We’ve been blessed with some nice summer temperatures recently, so I started ordering some new summer basics at Nordstrom to take me through the season!
Nordstrom has always been one of my favorite retailers to shop at because of their wide variety of my favorite brands, including the Nordstrom Made brands that are exclusive to Nordstrom, like Caslon, Treasure & Bond, BP, Halogen and Leith. They always offer exceptional customer service too, and free shipping & returns always!
I picked up this Treasure & Bond basic tank that comes in a few other colors (mine is the “white grey heather tawny stripe”), and it’s made of a super soft modal blend and drapes beautifully! Not too low cut, breathable, and so good for summer. Really great basic tank for layering under cardigans as well! Runs true to size, I’m wearing the small.
Paperbag shorts just might be the cutest and most comfortable shorts option for the summer! If your wardrobe is without a pair, it’s definitely time to grab them! These Caslon paperbag tie-waist shorts are just under $49 and true to size! Wear them with a casual tank tucked in like I did, or consider pairing with a button up shirt tucked in, a body suit, fitted tank or crop top. I am wearing a size small – if between sizes, size down.
It took me a minute to warm up to the round sunglasses trend, but I fell in love with this pair by BP! They are only $16, so it’s a great price point for trying out the trend!
And lastly, how amazing are these strappy pearl sandals?! I. Am. Obsessed. They dress up any outfit, and are so unique and gorgeous! They run true to size for me, but if between sizes, size up.
