Make these no bake protein balls this week!! 🐣🐰 I used Reese’s pieces eggs, but I’ve also seen them made with Cadbury mini eggs if you’re more into chocolate. 🍫 Sooo good that you’ll be scraping the bowl to get every last bite. 🙃

RECIPE 📝
In a bowl, mix together the following dry ingredients:
•2 cups bobs red mill quick cooking oats
•3 scoops vanilla protein powder (@cleansimpleeats vanilla is my fav- discount code TAY)
•1/4 tsp salt
Then mix in the wet ingredients:
•1 cup creamy natural nut/seed butter of choice (I used sunflower butter here, but often use peanut butter. You just want it to have a runnier consistency so it mixes well!)
•1/3 cup honey
•1/4 cup milk
•Crushed Reese’s pieces eggs or Cadbury mini eggs (I threw ours in a ziplock and mashed up)

Roll into small balls and store in the fridge in an air tight container for up to 1-2 weeks (or freezer for 2-3 months). But they are likely to go quick! 😉
